Ciberseguridad Venezuela is run by Romulo Felizola. We write these guides and measure email exposure in Venezuela. The only channel is WhatsApp, in English or Spanish.
We have no email inbox, contact form or phone line for calls. Each link below opens WhatsApp with the first line already written, so we know what you need.
What you can write to us about
- A correction. A price changed, a rule moved or a link is broken. Send a correction. We check it against the source, fix the guide and update its date.
- Your data. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. Send a privacy request. Details are in the privacy policy.
- Security work in Venezuela. Our paid services (email protection, exposure diagnosis, phishing training, incident response) are for companies in Venezuela and are described in Spanish. Ask about them.
What we can't help with
- Emergency response outside Venezuela. If you're in the U.S. and your data was stolen, start with IdentityTheft.gov and report fraud to the FBI's IC3; our guide on what to do after a data breach has the steps.
- Legal or compliance sign-off. Our guides on SOC 2, HIPAA, CCPA or the FTC Safeguards Rule are general information, not legal advice or an audit.
- Vendor sales. We aren't paid by Vanta, Drata, KnowBe4, Aura or any company we compare, and we don't sell their products.
